„Maximizer sucks

So to summarize, if you call for pricing (which they force you to because there is not on site pricing) AND you do not buy right there and then, you are made to feel like you are wasting their time, AND any upgrade pricing is taken away abruptly. No soup for you!“

„Maximizer support sucks

This application used to be exceptional. The latest versions do not talk to the old databases, so upgrading is impossible without paying for support.“

„No support

There is no support. The only option is to email them and 1 week and multiple emails later I am still waiting on a callback.“

Maximizer vs. ACT

Having said that, Maximizer is very poor in its PalmPilot and Outlook integration, by all reports the latest version appears quite unstable (still), I would hesitate in describing the Opportunity Management as „complete“, the support sucks (both tech support and user support), the user interface is somewhat clunky, support for Terminal Services is „roll your own“, and multi-user management tools are very poor.“
